Ef fect of Zusanli Acupoint Injection of Tramadol in Prevention Cesarean Delivery Shivering

Abstract

Objective:To observe the effect of Zusanli(ST36) acupoint injection of tramadol in prevention cesarean delivery shivering.Methods:80 ASA patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.Before anesthesia,100 mg tramadol was injected at Zusanli(ST36) acupoint in experiment group while.control group was injected same quantity of normal saline.SBP,DBP,HR,SpO2and adverse reactions such as chills,nausea,vomiting in perioperative were recorded.Results:The incidence of nausea and vomiting in the two groups was not statistically significant(P 0.05).The incidence of shivering was lower in experimental group than that in control group(P 0.05).Conclusion:Zusanli(ST36) acupoint injection of tramadol can prevent shivering and reduce adverse reaction.
