Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish a compound Sancaotang the best extraction process.METHODS Extraction of total flavonoids of study indicators,by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometric determination of its content,the use of orthogonal experiment on the optimization of extraction conditions.RESULTS Optimization of extraction conditions were as follows:with 10 times the amount of 60% ethanol extract of 2,pH=8,extraction time is 1 hour.CONCLUSION Optimization of extraction conditions from Sancaotang with a high level of total flavonoids,the stability of a viable process.
