Characters analysis of patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease and its nursing intervention

Abstract
Objective To analyze the characters of patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease and discuss the effect of nursing invention.Methods 90 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease were selected and divided into the control group with respiratory department's usual nursing(n=45) and the treatment group with special nursing invention(n=45).The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment group and control group was 97.8% and 80.0% respectively,and the rate difference between the two groups was significant(P0.05).The rate of nursing satisfaction in the treatment group and control group was 97.8% and 82.2% respectively,and the rate difference between the two groups was also significant(P0.05).Conclusion The specific nursing invention for the patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease can improve clinical outcomes,facilitate rehabilitation early and improve the life quality.
