Influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on treatmentcompliance, heart function and life quality of patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)

Objective To discuss influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on treatment compliance, heart function and life quality of patients with chronic heart failure(CHF). Methods A total of 80 cases of CHF patients were divided into routine nursing group and nursing intervention group. The patients in routine nursing group were giv-en routine nursing intervention, while the patients in nursing intervention group were given comprehensive nursing in-tervention additionally. The changes of treatment compliance, heart function, life quality of patients, rehospitalization rate and case fatality rate were observed after the medical treatment. Results After 6 months' intervention, the total compliance efficiency of patients in nursing invention group was much higher than that in routine nursing group( χ2=4.50,(P 0.05). Meanwhile, 6 minutes' gait test left and ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) of patients in two groups were rose obviously than before(P 0.05 or P 0.01), and the rising rate in nursing invention group was much higher than that in routine nursing group(P 0.05). Moreover, the scores of physical limitation, social limitation, emotion, and symptom were declined obviously than before(P 0.05 or P 0.01), and the declining rate in nursing invention group was obviously higher than that in routine nursing group(P 0.05). and the rehospitalization rate nursing invention group was significantly lower than that of routine nursing group( χ2=4.27,P 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve obviously treatment compliance of patients and CHF patients ' heart function, relieve the symptom of heart failure, and stabilize the patients ' condition, which can improve the life quality,reduce the rehospitalization and recovery and prognosis of patients.
