Clinical Application of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Patients with Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention model in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease. Methods 102 cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease in our hospital from July 2012 to March 2014 were chosen.According to voluntary principles, those patients were divided into observation group and control group, with 51 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine care model, and the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention model.The clinical effect and patient's satisfaction were observed. Results The total effective rate and satisfaction rate of the observation group were 94.12%(48/51) and 96.08%(9/51) respectively, significantly higher than 78.43%(40/51) and 76.47%(39/51) of the control group respectively, with statistically significant difference between the two groups(P 0.05). Conclusions The comprehensive nursing intervention applied in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease can improve clinical outcomes, with higher satisfaction from patients,which is worthy of wide application in clinical nursing.
