Abstract
Objective To evaluate nursing intervention for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, the impact of oxygen therapy compliance. Methods Seventy eight cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, 39 cases in each group, all patients were given conventional treatment of respiratory medicine, the intervention group were given nursing intervention. The clinical features improve situation, acute episodes of illness hospitalization frequency three years after treatment were obserued. Results Through the hospital's nursing intervention, patients with full compliance rate of the intervention group increased (61.54% at discharge, discharge 12 months was 58.97%), significantly higher than control group, the difference was very obvious (P0.05); patients in the intervention group after treatment, average length of stay was 13.6 d, 100% of patients with dyspnea improved, it was significantly higher than control group (P0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention has a positive meaning to improve of oxygen therapy in patients with chronic obstructine pulmonary disease.
