Abstract

To improve teaching quality is the eternal theme for higher education.University teachers' teaching ability is the critical factor of affecting the teaching quality.However,the cultivation of teacher's teaching ability has always been neglected.In order to change such situation,it's necessary to introduce the system of scholarship of teaching,which is conductive to continuously improve the teaching quality of universities.
