Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To analyze the adverse drug reactions(ADRs) occurred in Tongling Municipal People's Hospital and the influencing factors so as to provide references for clinic safe and rational drug use.METHODS: A total of 285 ADR cases collected from Jan.2010 to June 2011 were statistically analyzed in respect of patients' age and sex, categories of drugs that induced ADR,route of administration, the organs or systems involved and the clinical manifestations of the ADRs.RESULTS: Most of ADR cases were induced by antibiotics, accounting for 52.28%(149 cases).249 cases(87.37%) were induced vial intravenous drip infusion. The ADRs manifested predominantly as damage of skin and its appendants, accounting for 40.70%(116 cases).CONCLUSION: ADR monitoring is important for clinical rational use of antibiotics and avoiding or reducing ADR frequency.
