Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of platelet transfusion isolated by hand and apheresis. Methods The 167 patients who received platelet transfusion were investigated retrospectively and divided into apheresis platelet transfusion group and hand-separated platelet transfusion group.the CCI,the PPR,the incidence rate of post-transfusion refractoriness to platelets(PTR)and adverse reaction were observed and assayed at before transfusion and 24hours after transfusion. Results The difference was not significant(P0.05)between the two groups in the CCI,the PPR and the rate of stop bleeding. The difference was significant(P0.01)between the two groups in the blood transfusion responds an incidence rate and the PTR.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of hand-separated platelet is close to machine-separated platelet, combine disaster practical stutas reasonable applications hand-separated platelet.
