Clinical Analysis of Effect on Platelet Transfusion

Objective:To investigate effect factors of patients with platelet transfusion,in order to improve the effect of platelet transfusion in providing scientific basis.Methods:216 cases of platelet transfusion were analyzed retrospectively according to type of disease,infusion times and infusion influenced factors on platelet transfusion.Results:Platelet transfusion effect was different for different types of disease treatment,hematology platelet transfusion therapy was the most valid,followed by digestion of internal medicine,obstetrics and gynecology,surgery,surgical oncology minimum;With the increase in the number of infusions,the effect of platelet transfusion reduced;apheresis fresh platelet transfusion was better than frozen platelet transfusions.Conclusions:The causes of influenced platelet transfusion were complicated,all of disease types,infusion times and methods can affect platelet transfusion.
