The Development Strategy of Industrial Cluster in China

Fostering industrial clusters is considered to be one of the important approaches in upgrading regional competitiveness.As a characterized economy,the source of industrial cluster's competitiveness mainly lies in its endogenous economic efficiency.But in nowadays,the development of Chinese industrial clusters is still highly dependent on the low-cost advantage,which causes their low-level developing trap and risks a loss of sustainable competitiveness.Therefore,the author holds that,independent innovation and cluster upgrading is the key solutions to handle the clusters' risk,to prevent clusters from decline and promote their sustainable competitiveness.From the regional perspective,for the purpose of raising regional competitiveness,the implementation of strategy which is based on the industrial cluster fostering,is needed.
