Abstract

This paper analyzed the characteristics of industrial cluster and argued that increasing the competitiveness of industrial cluster is an important approach to advance regional economy. An evaluation indicator system of industrial cluster' competitiveness was proposed from the perspectives of the cluster's action competitiveness, the cluster's potential ability and the cluster's strategic and management ability. Then some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
