An Analysis of the Inner Competitiveness Effect on Industrial Cluster

Industrial cluster is a new type of economic organization, which lies between the market system and the hierarchy system. The competitiveness effect defined by Industrial cluster, on one hand, lies in the positive market competitiveness achieved by industrial cluster from the study effect and the ability to employ the regional resources; and, on the other hand, on lemon problem and negative externalism, industrial cluster has a high economic ability to shelter from the factors unfavorable to the cluster's development. That is the economic reason why it is flourishing all over the world. Therefore, it can be concluded that the industrial cluster strategy should be our emphasis of regional work in an effort to promote the development of China's local economy.
