Abstract

At the time of the competition between different regions getting severe in China, developing industrial clusters is the important strategic manner to advance regional competitiveness. With a series of advantages including assembling, cooperation, diffusion and stimulation, industrial cluster can boost up regional competitiveness and push development of regional economy enormously. Local government should, therefore, cultivate and develop industrial clusters by induction, orientation, impulse, support, innovation and service.
