Abstract

Objective To investigate the status of Rotavirus infection in infants with diarrhea in ShaJing district,and provide the credible evidence with the clinic diagnosis and the treatment of Rotavirus infection.Methods Rotavirus antigen of 1 760 stool specimens from infants with diarrhea were detected using by immune colloidal gold method,and compare the examining results.Results 852 cases were positive in the test,the positive rate was 48.41%,in all positive cases about 69.96% were 6 months to 1 year,The highest incidence of disease in November and December every year.Conclusion The Rotavirus is the principal pathogen in infants with diarrhea,and it infection have obvious seasonal.
