Abstract

Advancement of teacher profession aims at the teacher's professionalization.The teacher's professionalization involves training students and unqualified teachers into qualified teachers and raising the professional level of those qualified teachers.Besides,arrangements should be made to diminish the number of unqualified teachers and to attract excellent professionals to teaching posts.Therefore,teacher education calls not only for higher learning,opening and comprehensiveness but also for professionalization.
