Abstract

Objective To establish a HPLC method to determine the contents of peaoniflorin in Janbu Qiangshen Wan. Methods Stationary phase was phenomenes C18 (4.6mm×150mm, 5μm), mobile phase was water-tetrahydrofaran-acetonitrile (90∶3.4∶6.6), detection wavelength 230nm, flow rate 0.8mL/min. Results There was good linearity in range of 0.184~0.920μg (r=0.9999, n=5) for paeoniflorin, the average recovery of paeoniflorin was 97.73%, RSD was 0.64%. Conclusion The method is simple, reliable. It can be used in quality control of Jianbu Qiangshen Wan.
