Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Paeoniflorin in Xianglian Huazhi Wan.METHODS Kromasil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used with methanol-water(25∶75) as the mobile phase;The detection wavelength was 230 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min with the column temperature of 30 ℃.RESULTS The linear range was 14.24~85.44 μg/ml(r=0.999 7);The average recovery rate was 99.19%,RSD=1.28%.CONCLUSION The method was sensitive,accurate and reproducible.It is suitable for determining the content of Paeoniflorin in Xianglian Huazhi Wan.
