Study of Telmisartan Tablets Combined Amlodipine Besylate Tablets Treatment of 30 Cases about Diabetes and Hypertension

Objective Efficacy research of telmisartan tablets combined amlodipine besylate tablets treatment of 30 cases about diabetes and hypertension.Method 60 cases of diabetes and hypertension divided into observation group and control group.Control group: telmisartan tablets;observer group: telmisartan tablets and amlodipine besylate tablets.Results After treatment systolic and diastolic blood pressure,24h urinary albumin,24h urinary protein decreased,the difference was significant(P0.01).After treatment,24h urinary albumin,24h urinary protein,the two groups,the difference was significant(P0.05).Conclusion Telmisartan tablets combined amlodipine besylate tablets treatment of 30 cases about diabetes and hypertension is good efficacy,few adverse reactions.
