Study on Ladder-shaped Cultivating Model of College Students' English Communicative Competence

Abstract

In general,college students are very weak in English communicative competence.This paper makes reform on environment creation,activity organization,communicative strategy,cross-cultural communication and check mode.It is very urgent to improve students' English communicative ability.According to constructivism and task teaching theory,this paper sets three competence development zones,which is carried out in three stages.It can effectively improve students' English communicative ability.
