Effect of Danhong injection on CRP、TNF-α in the patients with type-2 diabetic nephropathy

Objective To observe the effect of Danhong injection on CRP、TNF-α in the patients with type-2 diabetic nephropathy and to study the curing mechanism of Danhong injection to diabetic nephropathy.Methods The 30 patients with type-2 diabetic nephropathy were treated with Danhong injection and routine drugs were treatment group.The other 30 diabetic nephropathy patients remedied routinely were the contrast group. The levels of CRP、TNF-α in the blood of patients were tested both before the treatment and after the cure courses.Results The total utility rate(66.7%) of Danhong injection to diabetic nephropathy was significantly higher than that of contrast group(43.3%). After the treatment the levels of CRP、TNF-α in the group treated with Danhong injection were lower than the control group. The decreasing of 24 h urine protein in Danhong injection group were lower and were positively correlated to CRP、TNF-α.Conclusion Danhong injection have significant treatment effect on the patients with type-2 diabetic nephropathy. The curing mechanism of Danhong injection to diabetic nephropathy may be the traditional Chinese medicine can regulate the production of inflammatory factors and can inhibit inflammatory reaction.
