Curative effect of Danhong injection on P-selectin in patients with diabetic nephritis

Objective To observe the influence of Danhong injection on P-selectin in patients with diabetic nephropathy and curative effect of Danhong. Methods 60 cases early stage diabetic nephropathy patients were randomly divided into control group and treated group. On the basis of routine control of blood glucose and blood pressure,the treated group( 30 cases) was administered Danhong injection intervenous drop infusion,20 mL /day,7 days as a course,received 2 therapeutic courses. 24-hour urinary protein,P-selectin,glycosylated hemoglobin( HbA1C) and serum creatinine( Scr) were detected pre and post treatment. Results Compared with the control group,urinary microalbumin in treated group were significantly decreased( P 0. 05),P-selectin were obviously reduced( P 0. 05),the differences appeared statically significant. Conclusion Danhong injection is efficacious in alleviating renal dysfunction in diabetic nephropathy patients.
