Clinical Research of Danhong Injection Combined with Conventional Therapy in Treatment of 68 Cases of IV Stage Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective;To observe the treatment effect of Danhong Injection combined with conventional therapy for IV stage diabetic nephropathy(Diabetic nephropathy,DN).Methods:68 patients with DN IV patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 34 cases in each.The control group were given diabetes diet control and insulin to control blood sugar,benazepril hydrochloride and simvastatin lowering hypertension and other conventional therapies.The treatment group received additional Danhong intravenous injection.Within the groups and between groups before and after treatment,24—hour urinary protein excretion,serum albumin(Alb),high sensitivity C— reactive protein(hs—CRP) and homocysteine(Hey) were compared.Results:After treatment,the level of Alb was obviously increased,24—hour urinary protein excretion and serum inflammatory markers hs—CRP,Hey were significantly decreased than those before treatment(P0.05),but the treatment group was better than control group(P0.05).Conclusion:Danhong Injection combined with conventional therapy can significantly improve the DN IV of proteinuria and microinflammatory state.
