Treatment for non-invasive fungal rhinosinusitis with endoscopic sinus surgery

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic non-invase fungal rhinosinusits.Methods 36 patients with chronic non-invase fungal rhinosinusits.were studied patients were treated with ESS.The results were ana lyzed.Results Patients were followed up from 6 months to 3 years.35 patients were cured and 1 recured by revision ESS.No complication occurred.Conclusion It is an ideal method of operation in treament of non-invasive fungous sinusitis.
