Abstract

Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of combined detection of CEA,CA153 and CA125 in lung cancer. Methods:Chemiluminescence immunoassay was used to measure the serum levels of CEA,CA153 and CA125 in 75 patients with lung cancer,60 cases with benign pulmonary diseases and 70 health adults. The sensitivities and specificities of 3 markers for the diagnosis of lung cancer were compared. Results: The levels of serum markers in lung cancer patients were significantly higher than that in patients with benign pulmonary disease and controls. The sensitivity of combined detection was significantly higher than that of single detection, with a sensitivity of 88%,a specificity of 76.2%.Conclusion: The combination of the markers can improve the sensitivity of diagnosis in lung cancer.
