Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the clinical significance of detecting CEA,CA-125 and CA19-9 in serum of patients with lung cancer.Methods:CEA,CA-125 and CA19-9 levels in blood from 50 patients with lung cancer were detected;50 patients with other lung diseases and another 50 normal subjects were performed chemiluminescent enzyme immunoassay, respectively. Results:The CEA、CA-125 and CA19-9 levels in blood of patients with lung cancer were much higher than that of normal subjects and the patients with other lung diseases(P0.01).Conclusion:Detection of CEA、CA-125 and CA19-9 levels in blood is beneficial to the diagnosis of lung cancer.
