Abstract
Objective:To investigate the best extracting process of total flavonoids from Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat and its kinetics. Methods:The single-factor analysis was employed to optimize the degree of grinding, ratio of water to raw material, extraction time and extraction temperature to obtain a high total flavonoids yield. Results:The optimum conditions were a ratio of 70% ethanol to raw material of 40 mL/g and extraction time 2.25 h at 80°C.Extraction process was followed as the model ln(Vs-V)=-1.8789t+0.8342(r=0.9957).Conclusion:The method would be useful for the process design and the choice of operation condition to extract flavonoids from Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.
