Analysis of infection and drug-resistence of ureaplasma urealyticum of the women in haikou

Objective To study the infection of the genitourinary tract and drug-resistence of Ureaplasma ure? alyticum in Haikou to guide reasonable clinical medication.Methods 398 samples of the patients diagnosed as Urea? plasma urealyticum were analyzed the drug-resistence of common antibiotics during December 2009 and June 2010.Results 398 cases diagnosed as Ureaplasma urealyticum among 902 patients`samples are positive;the positive rate of different age of women are not statistically significant.The susceptibility of different kinds of antibiotics follows: deoxycyline 15.33%,minoccyline 7.04%,josamycin 1.51%,clarithromycin 13.07%,roxithromycin1 5.33%,azithro-mycin 14.82%,ofloxacin 23.37%,levofloxacin 10.80%,sparfloxacin 13.57%.Conclusion Test of drug-resistence of ureaplasma urealyticum can guide reasonable clinical medication.
