EFFECT OF RECHECK ON OBSERVING CURATIVE EFFECT OF UREAPLASMA UREALYTICUM POSITIVE GYNECOLOGICAL PATIENTS

[Objective]To study whether there was a difference among different time to detect Ureaplasma urealyticum or not after medication.[Methods]We collected data of Ureaplasma urealyticum positive gynecological patients who were detected Ureaplasma urealyticum,and we contrasted their results at different times and compared drug fast spectrum,then we used software SPSS 11.5 to analyze statistically.[Results]70 of 110 cervical canal secretion Ureaplasma urealyticum positive gynecological patients was turned into negative.The negative conversion rate of Ureaplasma urealyticum was higher than that of persisting positive among 3 groups to recheck at different time.Both of Ureaplasma urealyticum negative conversion group and persisting positive group were higher sensitive rate to Doxycycline and lower to fluoroquinolone antimicrobials.[Conclusion]Recheck time couldn't produce impact on observing curative effect of Ureaplasma urealyticum positive gynecological patients.There was no difference in antibiotics resistant spectrum between the negative conversion group and the persisting group of Ureaplasma urealyticum after treatment.
