Abstract
Objective:To analyze the detection results of ureaplasma urealyticum among different female populations in Guangzhou region and the drug sensitivity of ureaplasma urealyticum, provide a basis for reasonable application of drugs for treatment of ureaplasma urealyticum infection in clinic. Methods:The samples of genital secretion were collected from the patients with genital tract inflammation and normal women receiving physical examination,IST 2 kit(BioMerieux) was used for culture, differentiation and drug sensitive test of ureaplasma urealyticum, then the detection results of ureaplasma urealyticum in the two groups were analyzed combined with clinical data. Results:The positive rates of ureaplasma urealyticum in genital tract inflammation group and physical examination group were 38.7% and 33.5%,respectively,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P0.05),and there was no significant difference in infection rate among the women of different age groups;the number of women with ureaplasma urealyticum≥104 CFU/ml in genital tract inflammation group was significantly higher than that in physical examination group, there was significant difference in the detection rate of women with ureaplasma urealyticum≥104 CFU/ml between the two groups(P0.01).The results of drug sensitive test showed that except ciprofloxacin and ofloxacin, the antimicrobial activity of other antibiotics was good for ureaplasma urealyticum(the sensitivity70%).Conclusion:Ureaplasma urealyticum is a common parasite in female genital tract, its pathogenicity should be judged carefully, and antibiotics should be provided to the women with ureaplasma urealyticum infection reasonably.
