An Investigation on Urgent Problems Existing in Student Affairs during the Transformation of China

With the transformation of social economy and the massification of higher education,more and more problems emerge from student affairs in Chinese universities and colleges.This research investigates 50 student affairs managers,student affairs personnel and college students with Questionnaire of Urgent Problems Existing in Students Affairs during the Transformation of China,which was designed by researchers and amended by experts.The result shows that career consultation,psychological counseling,ideological education,academic guide,theoretic foundation and professional training are the most urgent problems during the transformation of China.
