The Analysis and Study on Student Affairs Management in Colleges and Universities in the New Period

The fundamental task,namely the cultivation of socialism career successors is undertaken by the colleges and universities. However,the student affairs administration work,as an integral part of the college,has a profound impact on the overall quality and level of college development.It is facing many outstanding issues,through the analysis and reference of successful experience of foreign student affairs management work,combined with reality in China nowadays,this paper studies and explores the new ways and ideas of college student affairs administration work in the new era so as to provide a useful reference for China's college student affairs administration work.
