On the Problems of the Development of the Technology Talents in Chongqing City

Abstract

By comparative analysis of the developing situation of the scientific and technical personnel in Chongqing,it has been found that several problems exist,such as the relative shortage of qualified personnel,the lack of scientific and technical progress and the innovation ability,the defective combination of enterprises,universities and research institutes,the unevenly distribution of the talents and so on.In view of these problems,the author puts forward a number of ways to improve the situation.
