Analysis of Present Situation of Technical Talents in Changchun and Countermeasures

In the age of knowledge economy,human resource is the fundamental motive force and decisive factor in economic development,while professional and technical talents are the more precious and more important resource in human resource.Recently in Changchun,there are more and more professional and technical talents,but there also exist problems such as the advantage and disadvantage of talents,displacement of demand and distribution,draining of talents in pace with flowing and co-existence of lack of talents and waste of talents.So we must form benign talents structure through paying attention to and reasonably employing present talents,training and introducing badly-needed talents so as to provide powerful intellectual support for the social and economic development of Changchun.
