Abstract
This paper analyzes the types and characteristics of information resources under the network environment, and puts forward some measures for the construction of information resources of university library under the network environment from aspects of the construction and improvement of holdings' features and resources structure, the adjustment of the acquisitioning strategy, the improvement of personnel quality, and the networking of the construction of literature information resources, etc.
