The Framework for the Construction of the Literature Information resources under the Network Environment

IN the light of the capital shortage and repeated construction faced by the construction of library collections, this paper puts forward some suggestions on library’s construction framework such as the co-construction and sharing of literature resources and the enlargement of information resources by using the network resources.
