Talking about the Construction of Library's Literature Information Resources in Network Environment

This paper briefly introduces the kinds and features of the construction of library's literature information resources in network environment, points out the problems existing in current construction of literature resources, and puts forward some principles of the construction of literature resources under the new situation and some schemes of the development and utilization of network information resources.
