Abstract
The library to strengthen the construction of information resources under the network environment is a powerful measure to consolidate resource base and build the core competitiveness. This paper describe the influence of network environment on the construction of library information resources, put forward the strategy of library information resources construction under the network environment through the introduction of the characteristics of network information resources, types and development trend.
