The appliance of colposcopy in the diagnosis of cervical disease

Abstract
Objective To discuss the value of colposcopy in the diagnosis of cervical disease.Methods 150 cases patients of cervical disease with concurrent cervical biopsy colposcopy results were retrospectively analyzed and compared to clinical application.Results Vinegar epithelial line was 66.7%,two Fallot found was 77.8%,triad line rate was 100.0%.Colposcopy in the diagnosis of cervical lesions in a sensitivity was 81.3%,specificity was 83.6%,missed diagnosis rate was 4.9%,positive predictive value was 85.4%.Conclusion Colposcopy results are reliable and accurate at the grassroots level to promote appropriate.To early diagnosis of the CIN,early treatment and reduce the incidence of cervical cancer has an important role.
