Abstract
Objective Studing the value of electronic colposcopy in the diagnosis of cervical disease. Methods According to the electronic colposcopy examination of the 56 cases of cervical disease and compare with the test results of cervical cytology and cervical biopsy pathology from February 2010 to January 2011 at the Shuangnan clinic. Results The cervical cytology examination of 56 cases of cervical disease, the biopsy pathology examination of 20 cases of abnormal colposcopy,Pathological diagnosis of two cases of normal cervix, two cases of chronic cervicitis,6 cases of CIN(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia) I,6 cases of CIN II,2 cases of CIN Ⅲ,1 case of cervical carcinoma in situ and 1 case of invasive cervical cancer; The accuracy rate of the colposcopy diagnosis of cervical lesions is 90.0%,the sensitivity rate is 80%,the specificity rate is 90.0%,10.0% of the false positive rate(the rate of misdiagnosis),the positive predictive value is 80%.Comparing the results of the Colposcopy graphics with histopathology, the matching rate of cervical condyloma was 50%,the matching rate of white vinegar epithelial is 71.4%,and the matching rate of the white inlay bivalent levy is 85.7%;Both the matching rate of the white inlay points of triad and the suspicious cervical cancer is 100%.Conclusion Electronic colposcopy has an important value in the diagnosis of cervical disease, particularly in the diagnosis of CIN and cervical cancer, combining with the histopathological examination which can improve the diagnostic accuracy.Electronic colposcopy has a big contribution for early diagnosison CIN,early treatment and reducing cervical cancer.
