Abstract
Objective:The contents of fudosteine in its tablets was determined by high performance liquid chroma- tography method(HPLC).Method:The separation was performed on Diamonsil-C_(18)column(200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)at ambient temperature. The mobile phase was mixtrue of acetonitrile-water(1.5:100)and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min~(-1).The detection wavelength was set at 220 nm.Results:The calibration curves had good linearity in the range of 0.1006-2.012 mg·mL~(-1)(r=0.9998).The reproducibility and precision of the method were good (RSD2%).Conclusion:The method adopted to determine the contents of fudosteine in its tablets by HPLC is simple and accurate.
