Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and application value of combining mifepristone with misoprostal and rivanol used for induced abortion in 4+month pregnancy. Methods: By using the combination of mifepristone and misoprostol for 30 women with 4+month pregnancy( 14 to16weeks)( Group A) and 30 women with the 4+month pregnancy by only using rivanol at the same time( Group B),observe the success rate, length of stay and the second pregnancy rate of labor induction between Group A and B. Results: There is no obvious difference of the success rate, length of stay and the second pregnancy rate between the two groups. Conclusion: Both the combination of mifepristone and misoprostol and rivanol are suitable for induced abortion in 4+month pregnancy.
