Effect of kakkonein injection in treatment of 42 cases of vertebrobasilar ischemia

Objective To observe clinical effectiveness of kakkonein injection in treatment of vertebrobasilar ischemia(VBI).Methods Eighty-four VBI patients were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(n=42) were intravenously performed with 0.4g Kakkonein plus 250 ml normal sodium once daily for 2 weeks,30 ml Danshen parenteral solution plus 250ml normal sodium were intravenously performed once daily for 2 weeks in control group.Hemorrheology were determined pre-and post-treatment in two groups.Results Total effective rate in treatment group(92.86%)was obviously higher than that in control group(78.57%)(P0.05).Every indexes were no significant difference in two groups before treatment(P0.05),it were no significant difference of every indexes in control group pre-and post-treatment(P0.05),indexes in treatment group was significant difference before treatment compared post-treatment(P0.01),and there was significant difference of indexes in two groups post-treatmentt(P0.05).Conclusion It is certain curative effects of kakkonein in treatment of VBI,which can improve hemodynamics.
