Abstract
Objective:A RP-HPLC method was establish to determine the content of berberine in Rhizoma Coptidis.Methods:The column:Stablebond C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm).The mobile phase:acetonitrile-6% triethylamine(adjusted to pH 3.0 with phosphoric acid)(25∶75).UV detection wavelength:346nm.The injection volume:10μL.Results:Within 0.2~2μg berberine hydrochloride had a good linearity,r=0.9999.The average recovery was 98.26%.Conclusion:The method is simple and fast,the results are accurate and reproducible and may be used in the quality control of this Chinese medicine meterial.
