Research on Talents Training Mode of Higher Vocational Colleges-Case Study of Talents Training Mode “Three Levels and Three Combinations”of Marketing Specialty in Hubei Industrial Polytechnic

The professional training mode has five basic elements: educational philosophy,training objectives and specifications,curriculum system and teaching content,teaching organizational form,teaching and personnel training quality assessment methods.The talents training mode levels and three combinationsof marketing specialty in Hubei Industrial Polytechnic reflects the professional competence oriented talents training objectives concept,systematic working process of course construction concept and action oriented teaching organizational concept,and introduces the third-party evaluation system on the quality of talents. The third party evaluation in recent years has proved such talents training mode is scientific and effective.
