Study on Talents' Cultivating Mode in Higher Vocational Logistics Management Major

At present there exist some problems in talents' training mode of higher vocational logistics management major,such as the unclear orientation of talents' training objective,the mismatching between practical training resources of talents' training and teaching requirement,the short of professional teaching staff,and the lack of curriculum construction.Therefore,this paper puts forward the reform thought on talents' training mode in higher vocational logistics management major.It should deepen the talents' training mode with work-study combination to advance the connection of colleges and enterprises.It should plan curriculum setting,explore systematic cultivation,innovate in teaching methods and means,change cultivating forms,and construct double-quality teaching team.
