Investigation and Thinking of the New Teachers' Professional Improvment and Individual Situation in Universities

The new teacher period is a key phase of teachers' professional improvement.The situation of teachers' specialization will directly influence the qualities and credits of higher education.Based on case study of one university,adopting the research method of field observation,questionnaires and interviews,the author of this article made an investigation into current situation of new teachers' professional development in colleges and universities of objectively analyzed characteristic of new teachers' professional development at various stages and existing problems,then put forward individual perception and suggestions on how to promote new teachers' professional development in colleges and universities,so as to provide scientific basis for guiding new teachers' professional development,and improving overall quality of faculties of colleges and universities of Xinjiang Corps.
