Abstract
Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of GQD in treating hyperlipidemia.Method:80 patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into the treatment group treated with GQD and the control group treated with Maitong pill(脉通胶丸) for 8 weeks. The blood fat parameters were detected.Result:In the treatment group,10 cases clinically controlled,12 cases significantly effective,12 cases effective,6 cases ineffective, the toal effective rate was 85.0%(95%CI=73.9%~96.1%).In the control group,2 cases clinically controlled,8 cases significantly effective,16 cases effective,14 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 65.0%(95%CI=50.2%~79.8%).There was significant difference between the two groups(u=2.9435,P=0.0054).In the treatment group, Blood TG was decreased, and HDL-C was increased. The differences between the two groups were notable (P0.01).Conclusion:GQD had better effect than Maitong pill in regulating blood TG and HDL-C in patients with hyperlipidemia.OR=0.33(95%CI=0.11~0.97),NNT=5(95%CI=2.56~99.01).
