Abstract
This paper analyzes and evaluates the status of water resource shortage in Huang huai hai River Basin in existence and in the future.With practical situation in the basin,primarily discusses the calculation method of national economy loss resulted from shortage of water resource.Gives the value of economy loss caused by water shortage in the three areas.Quantitatively describes the trend of water resource shortage in the areas.
