Abstract
objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of ultrasound-guided minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in treating upper urinary tract calculi of children.Methods:A total of 38 patients were diagnosed as upper urinary tract calculi.Patients were given B ultrasound guided work in holmium laser lithotripsy for the channel and treated with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Results: 38 cases were successfully established a working channel period,which was a single channel,33 cases were removed the calculus,calculus removal rate was about 86.84%,operation time was 35~ 120 min,70 min on average.All of the patients were not given blood transfusion,without severe complication.Conclusion: B ultrasound guided minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy for treatment of children with upper urinary tract calculi is safe and effective,with less trauma,higher stone-free rate and faster postoperative recovery etc.
